Ukrainian city authorities want to make elevators pay

In Kirovograd Ukrainian plans to introduce tolls in the elevators of the city, a trip will cost 30 cents.
As reported on Monday, Director of Housing Kirovohrad Mayor Nicholas Ryabokuchma, for travel will be a special chip card par 30 hryvnia, which will also be valid for 100 trips.
