The Moscow Region and the South African company Sun International launch joint implementation of the ambitious investment project “Parkland”, to turn Ramenskoye near Moscow in modern fashionable resort of the European level.
The complex will consist of a childrens amusement park, race track, a safari park, multipurpose sports arena, several golf courses, convention center, hotel chains, casinos, shopping malls. The cost of the project is estimated at more than $ 2 billion, reports “Interfax”.

According to a preliminary agreement for the project, Moscow Region authorities allocated more than 5 hectares of land in Ramenskoye metro area, near the villages of Nikulino and Levin.
According to Semenov, hope to build a park for 8-10 years. In total, it can provide jobs for at least 40 thousand people.
Semenov, and did not rule out that part of the “Parkland” in addition to recreational facilities may enter industrial parks. “I think that the domestic car manufacturers want to use the track for the running race track their products,” – said the deputy.
