Duma extended until July 1, 2008 deadline to select the way home control

The State Duma plenary session on Friday passed the third reading of the amendments to the law “On introduction of the Housing Code,” on extending the time allowed citizens to choose how to manage the apartment building.
Under the law, the time limit is extended to 1 July 2008. By this time it will be necessary to determine who will rule the house: homeowners, the management company or the group itself tenants.
Until recently, the monopoly was a communal DES. This is a state-run well or ill contained house, and the Russians pay the utility bills, the quality of which many were dissatisfied. The law specifies that the subjects of the Russian Federation shall have the right to determine the start and end dates of the competitions at the option of management companies for all or individual municipalities completion of their conduct before 1 May 2008.
