Moscow housing inspection will check the technical condition of buildings with long-span structures, owned by the city. The corresponding decree was signed by Mayor Yuri Luzhkov.

The list will include the building of structures inspected schools, cinemas, concert halls, and theaters and drama schools, circuses, indoor shopping and sports complexes, swimming pools, skating rinks and other facilities.
